Policy

Payment or a PO must be received in order to confirm your enrollment. Until payment is confirmed, your space can be given to another student.

Full refunds are only issued if you cancel 60 days prior to the start of the class. Credit cards will be refunded back to the same card within 14 days from the time of cancellation. Check payments will be refunded by either returning your check or a CyberWeb check within 14 days of cancellation.

If you cancel within the 60 day limit, a credit will be held for you to take a class 12 months from the date the credit was issued.

CyberWeb provides a significant 40% discount to the following groups:

Students: You must be attending full-time at a valid educational institution and can prove it on school letterhead. (University and/or vocational staff members and part-time students are not eligible.) Discount valid only for courses whose fees exceed $1000 and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Financial Hardship: You unemployed (and can prove it, such most recent unemployment insurance disbursal, etc.). Select the "student discount" checkbox when registering. Discount valid only for courses whose fees exceed $1000 and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Repeat Attendees: You have taken the same course with me in the past -- you have to let me know when. (If I don't remember you, you'll need to provide proof.) Select the "student discount" checkbox when registering. Discount valid only for courses whose fees exceed $1000 and cannot be combined with any other offer.

DO NOT make travel arrangements too early, as we are not responsible for already-incurred travel costs if a course must be cancelled. We will send a notification out when there are enough seats so that a course will proceed as scheduled. It is at this time (around ~20-30 days before the scheduled course date) when travel can be booked.
