| What can I say about this piece of music except that every time I listen to it,
the first being way back in 1985, the hairs on the back of my neck still stand up!
It is without doubt the finest instrumental piece Alan Parsons has ever done in
my opinion, 3:34 mins of utter brilliance!
Indeed, my love of today's electronic instrumental
music stems from Mammagamma.
The tune to me is very very uplifting, dark and mysterious, and is absolutely magical in it's minor key signature, and that cymbal sample... it could also be called vacuum! I would like to learn more about this piece, like what was the computer equipment used to compose it and why did he call it Mammagamma? If anyone can respone to this I would be most interested!
